• In Office Phlebotomy and Lab Service offering:

  • Labs can be drawn in the clinic and sent out to Quest (or Labcorp)

  • There are two billing options:

    • Insurance Bill

    • Client Bill (discounted cash pricing) and paid to Dr. DuMond directly

  • There is a $5 lab draw/processing fee per in-house specimen collection. ie urine, wellness labs, PAP will have a $5.00 lab fee added to the total price of that lab bill to cover the cost of processing.
