Mission:
I strive to be an expert guide for my patients on their healthcare journey at a time when health care access and quality is uncertain. I want my patients to feel confident they are in good hands when medical concerns arise. My goal is to take care of as much as possible in a primary care setting. I want to create an environment where there is balance, respect, and a patient-doctor partnership.
Direct Primary Care Membership Pricing
Membership Basics
——-
What does the monthly membership fee cover?
-General primary care and preventative appointments. My service offering includes in-office and virtual appointments
-Portal messaging and phone calls
-Basic on-site labs
-Select office procedures
See the Services section for a complete list of included services, procedures and labs available as a part of your membership.
Do you see pediatric patients?
Yes! My practice is starting out serving patients ages 10+, but families are welcome to join with younger children as part of the Family Membership with the understanding that they will likely need to seek some outside care (i.e. vaccinations). Please reach out to discuss your family’s needs.
What is considered a ‘Family’ under the Family Membership Pricing?
Families of three or more people from the same household (including grandparents) are eligible for the family discounted membership fee per person. I am happy to discuss your family situation if you are not sure if it fits in this category.
What is not included in the membership fee?
I offer an additional set of at-cost services that patients can choose to book and are designated on the Services Page.
Imaging such as formal ultrasounds, X Ray, CT, MRI, or interventional procedures like EMGs are not included*
Complex labs that require a commercial lab center, such as Quest or LabCorp, are not included*
Speciality Care is not included*
*For these non-included categories, I am happy to place referrals for/order to and typically these will be processed through insurance.
Do you take insurance?
No, Direct Primary Care is a monthly membership fee-based practice. See About Direct Primary Care section for more details.
