Do I still need insurance?
Yes! We are not a substitute for insurance which protects you from the risk of high cost unexpected medical events, hospitalizations, outside imaging/labs, and speciality care. The DPC membership only covers primary care services with me.
I encourage you to explore your insurance options. Many patients are able to adjust their insurance plan to better complement a primary care membership model e.g. switching to a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
Can I see you for a one-time urgent visit?
Unfortunately, no. In order to provide the highest bar of care to my membership panel, I do not see one time visits.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Life happens and plans change. We require a three month startup membership commitment to support the work it takes to onboard patients, after which you can cancel anytime and your monthly membership fee will be prorated for the month you cancel.
